What is going on with all the young trees planted in the common areas?

Those saplings were planted by the developer as required by Harford County. The County periodically inspects the status of this reforestation and mandates any replacements.

• The Association cannot currently touch those trees.
• Dead trees and their plastic guards will be cleaned up when permitted by the County.
• Loose plastic guards rolling around the neighborhood may be put in the trash.
