How do I order a resale disclosure package?

You can order a resale disclosure package online through First Service Residential’s resale and lending information ordering system. You can follow these steps to place an order:

• Sign in or register for an account
• Click “Place Your Order Now!”
• Complete your application

• Enter your zip (21001), complete the reCAPTCHA, and click “Find my Documents Page”
• Enter your name and click “Find my Documents Page” again
