Are swimming pools allowed?

With approval from the architectural review committee and with all required county and state permits, an in-ground pool may be built on a detached unit lot. Swimming pools are not permitted on any attached unit lot. For more details, see Article VII Section 1 and Article VIII Section 1 of the Declaration of Covenants.
