The 2024 Annual Meeting of The Trails at Beech Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held on MS Teams at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 12, 2024. While the primary purpose of the annual meeting is to elect candidates to fill expiring positions on the Board of Directors, the agenda includes the following major items:

• Elect a candidate to the one (1) open Board position (term: Jan. 2025 – Dec. 2027)
• Vote on proposed amendments to our governing documents
• Approve a budget for the Association for 2025
