The annual meeting of The Trails at Beech Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held on November 8th, 2022, at 7:00 PM. This important meeting is where members of the Association elect their representatives on the board of directors. This hybrid meeting can be attended virtually, via Webex, or physically, at the clubhouse. At least one director or property manager will facilitate at the clubhouse.
The below draft budget is being provided for members of the Association to provide feedback before the annual meeting. The board of directors is expected to approve a 2023 budget at the annual meeting.
