The Trails at Beech Creek Homeowners Association Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at 7:00pm. Please find the proxy form, secret ballot, and prospective board member résumés below.

- Alternatively, you may submit completed forms in a sealed envelope to the onsite manager at the clubhouse management office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Proxy forms must be complete to be valid.
- Please be sure to complete and return the proxy and secret ballot before 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
