June 2nd Update
Please be patient as our new property management finishes setting up all of our accounts. During this process, your online account balance may show as $0 or $1, and some online functionality will be unavailable. The solution for many issues is simply to wait a week. Here is some information on other common concerns:
On-site Manager
Our new on-site property manager is in the onboarding process and is expected to start mid-June.

HOA Assessments
- Members should have received a welcome packet (mailed May 21st) with their new account number and a payment coupon for June.
- An example welcome packet is provided below.
- The welcome packet describes three recurring payment options for July and later assessments:
- Direct debit
- What: This option authorizes the HOA to debit your bank account each month for your assessments.
- How: Complete and submit the form included in the packet.
- You may need to wait a few days before submitting, to allow account setup to be completed.
- Fees: None
- Bill pay
- What: This option has your bank send an electronic or physical check each month.
- How: Setup varies and depends on your bank.
- All checks should reference your account number and address.
- Fees: None
- TownSq
- What: This option allows for electronic payments through the TownSq platform.
- How: After signing into your TownSq account, select “View or Make Payments” and then “Make Payment.”
- Fees: $2.95 convenience fee (+3.5% for credit cards)
- Direct debit
- If recurring payments don’t fit your needs, you can simply mail a check each month.
- Alternatively, you can prepay your assessments and mail one check a year.
- Don’t stress! While assessments are typically due on the 15th of the month, the late fee grace period has been extended for June, to accommodate for any delays you may experience.
May 20th Update
Important property management transition dates:
- May 21 – Mail date for welcome packet from our incoming property management company (i.e., CMC)
- The welcome packet will include assessment payment information, contact information, and CMC account registration information. See below for a copy.
- May 23 – Last day to order a resale package through our outgoing property management company (i.e., FSR)
- Resale packages may be ordered through CMC after June 1st.
- May 26 – Last day for submitting assessment payments to FSR
- Payments made after this date will be rejected and returned.
- Note: June payments should be made to CMC.
- May 31 – FSR’s last day
- Access to FSR’s Connect platform will end this day.
- June 1 – CMC’s first day
- CMC account registration begins.
CMC Welcome Packet
In addition to the contents here, the welcome packet mailed to you also includes a page with your account number and a June payment slip. Note: Account registration will fail before June 1st.
May 14th Update
Each member will receive a CMC welcome package with contact and payment information. The welcome packages are expected to be mailed on May 21st.
November 13, 2024
At the annual meeting on November 12, 2024, the Board of Directors selected Community Management Corporation (CMC) as our new property management company, with a target completed transition date of February June 1, 2025.
The Board aims to make this transition as smooth as possible, and any changes (e.g., assessment payment options) will be communicated with as much advance notice as possible. Members should continue sending assessments payments as usual, until receiving notice otherwise from the Association. The Association’s website will continue to function normally before, during, and after the transition, so members are encourage to utilize the contact form as usual.
