In accordance with our bylaws and the Maryland HOA Act, please accept this notice of the 2023 Annual Meeting of The Trails at Beech Creek Homeowners Association, Inc., to be held virtually on Webex at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect nominees to fill the expiring seats on the Board of Directors. At this Annual Meeting, two (2) directors will be elected for a 3-year term. The Board of Directors is also expected to approve the 2024 budget at this meeting.
- Since the annual meeting is virtual, please submit your vote for the Board of Directors election in advance by following the instructions posted here.

If we do not obtain a quorum on November 15th, the Association intends to invoke the procedure in item (6) of Maryland Code, Real. Prop. § 11B-111, whereby the members present in person or by proxy may call for an additional meeting at which the members present in person or by proxy will constitute a quorum. The additional meeting will be held virtually on Webex at 7:00 PM on December 6, 2023. The link will be sent out if we do not have a quorum at the initial meeting.
