In accordance with Maryland Code, Real. Prop. § 11B-112.2, the below 2024 proposed budget is hereby submitted to all members of the Association. It is also being mailed out. Please submit any questions, feedback, and concerns to the Association before the November 15th annual meeting, to ensure sufficient time to address them. The board of directors is expected to approve a budget at the annual meeting.
