The 2022 pool season application, pool rules, and an example completed application have been mailed to each household. Alternatively, you can find digital copies below. Please be sure to take time to review the pool rules with each member of your household.
Pool Rules Updates:
- 8/9/2022: Minor edits to #2 under health regulations to clarify what conditions are prohibited.
- 6/14/2022: Updated to add general rules on appropriate uses of Association property.
Pool Season: May 28th – September 5th
- Pool hours May 28th – June 16th (when public school is in session)
- Weekdays: Closed
- Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Memorial Day: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Pool hours June 17th – September 5th
- Wednesdays: Closed
- Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Independence Day & Labor Day: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Note:
- A new pool application needs to be completed every year.
- Please be sure to complete, sign, and return the application.
- Incomplete pool applications will not be accepted.
- Once received, application processing time is three (3) business days.
- Submit your application at least three (3) business days prior to your first pool visit.
- Applications cannot be submitted to lifeguards at the pool.
- Applications will not be approved for any property account which reflects any unpaid association assessments.
- Applications will not be approved for any property which currently has any outstanding violations.
- The association may bar access to the Amenities and Common Areas for any infraction of the association’s Rules and Regulations.
- Please review the application for additional instructions.
- A daily limited number of guests will be permitted this season. A Member household may host no more than a maximum of two (2) guests per day.
