The fall community dumpster day is scheduled for the morning of Saturday, October 19, 2024. Two 30-yard dumpsters will be delivered to the clubhouse parking lot. The scheduled start time for this event is 8:00 a.m. All residents who plan to use the dumpster must first provide proof of residency. Available use will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. The dumpsters will be collected immediately after the event, which is expected to end by 12:00 p.m or when the dumpsters are full.
Volunteers Needed
At least four volunteers are needed to assist with this event. Volunteers must be available between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Please contact the onsite community manager if you would like to volunteer to assist with this event: michael.coster@fsresidential.com.
RESTRICTED MATERIALS NOT ALLOWED IN DUMPSTERS:
- NO Paint Cans Full or Empty / NO Gas Grill Bottles / NO Drums
- NO Chemicals, Gas or Oils, Liquids
- NO Tires
- NO Food or Garbage from Trash Collection
- NO Major Appliances (Refrigerator, Freezer, A/C, etc.)
- NO Concrete, Bricks, Stone, Sand, or Dirt
- NO Large Amount of Metal (Car parts, etc.)
- NO HAZARD MATERIALS (Asbestos, Creosote, Timbers or Telephone Poles)
