A second Spring Community Yard/Garage Sale is scheduled for Saturday, May 11, 2024, beginning at 8:00 AM. This is due to the weather conditions when the first event was held. All residents are welcome to participate in this opportunity to sell any gently used, unused, or unwanted items.  

Please let us know if you plan on setting up for this sale by sending an email to Events@TrailsAtBeechCreek.com. Be sure to include your property address or whether you plan to set up at the clubhouse parking lot. The clubhouse parking lot is “first come, first served” the day of the yard sale.

We will attempt to direct people to participating locations within the community, through a QR code linking to a rough map and the yellow arrow signs that will be posted the day before the yard sale.
