The primary purposes for the meeting include:
- Elect candidates to the two open Board slots (term: Jan. 2026 – Dec. 2028)
- All members in good standing may vote.
- Submit nominations here by October 18th.
- Vote before 8:00 pm on Nov 18th
- Approve a budget for the Association for 2026
- While only the Board votes, all members are encouraged to review the proposed 2026 budget and provide input before the meeting.
If we do not have a member quorum on November 18th, the Association intends to invoke the procedure in item (6) of Maryland Code, Real Prop. § 11B-111, whereby the members present in person or by proxy may call for an additional meeting at which the members present in person or by proxy will constitute a quorum. The additional meeting will be held virtually, via Zoom, at 7:00 PM on December 16, 2025, using the same link.
