UPDATE: The nomination submission deadline (to be on the mailed proxy ballot) has been extended to October 20th.
The Trails at Beech Creek HOA hereby makes a call for nominations for candidates to run for the open seat on the Board of Directors. There will be one open position. If you would like to nominate yourself, or another owner, you must do so in writing, to this office. All resumes will be distributed at the Annual Meeting to give the community an idea about whom they will be voting for. All nominations must be received by the end of the day on October 18 20, 2021 to be included on the proxy before the Annual Meeting and on written ballot, which will be mailed prior to the Annual Meeting and distributed at the Annual Meeting. Nominations will also be taken from the floor the night of the meeting.
