The next Board of Directors election will be held at the Annual Meeting on November 14, 2023, at 7:00pm. Please find the call for nominations form below.
The Trails at Beech Creek HOA hereby makes a call for nominations for candidates to run for the upcoming two (2) open seats on the Board of Directors. If you would like to nominate yourself or another owner, you must do so in writing to this office. Included with the written nomination should be the completed prospective Board member resume information. All nomination forms will be distributed for community review. All nomination forms must be received on or before 11:59pm, October 10th, 2023, to be included on the ballot, which will be distributed prior to the Annual Meeting.
