Please be advised that the Board has recently met with the landscaping company to discuss their performance and the necessary actions moving forward, regarding the current state of the property. After careful consideration, the Board has decided to place JBJ Landscaping on a two-month probationary period. During this time, JBJ will be required to meet the performance guidelines that have been established. Should there be insufficient progress, the Board will consider terminating their contract.

It was also noted that JBJ Landscaping was not provided with a full scope of the property during their initial meeting with the former property management company. We appreciate your ongoing feedback and encourage the community to continue submitting photos if there are any areas that have not been properly addressed.
