The Board of Directors approved the below budget for 2025 at the annual meeting, on November 12th, 2024. The new annual assessment of $1,170.09 (~$97.51 / month) per lot will take effect January 1, 2025. Members who use an autopay service should make sure that the payment amount is updated in time.
