The Board of Directors approved the below budget for 2026 at the annual meeting, on December 16th, 2025. The new annual assessment of $1,296 ($108 / month) per lot will take effect January 1, 2026. Members should ensure that their automated payment amounts are updated in time. Members using CMC direct debit will have their automated payment amounts updated automatically.
