In accordance with Maryland Code, Real. Prop. § 11B-112.2, the below 2026 proposed budget is hereby submitted to all members of the Association. Please provide any budget-related questions, feedback, and concerns to the Association—using the form below—before the November 18th annual meeting, to ensure sufficient time to address them. The Board of Directors is expected to approve a budget at the annual meeting.
