21 JAN Update: Harford County anticipates constructing the seven speed humps on Bentgrass Drive in 2026, after budgeting for the project. The County validated the required signatures obtained and submitted by the Association.
The Harford County Department of Public Works (DPW’s) Division of Highways Engineering has completed its design of traffic calming measures for Bentgrass Drive. The design includes a series of seven speed humps (AKA speed tables), with one of them having a flat top crosswalk.

To move forward with implementing the traffic calming measures, the County requires signatures from 75% of the individual homeowners who must cross over the speed humps to get to/from their homes. The Association is responsible for obtaining the required signatures, so the Board of Directors and/or property management will be reaching out to those homeowners.
