At the annual meeting on November 12, 2024, the Board of Directors selected Community Management Corporation (CMC) as our new property management company, with a target completed transition date of February 1, 2024.

The Board aims to make this transition as smooth as possible, and any changes (e.g., assessment payment options) will be communicated with as much advance notice as possible. The Association’s website will continue to function normally before, during, and after the transition, so members are encourage to utilize the contact form as usual.
