In accordance with Article XIV Section 1 of our covenants, conditions, and restrictions, the Board of Directors approved updates to the clubhouse and fitness center rules at the open meeting of the Board of Directors on August 13, 2024. In summary, the updates:

• Moved old fitness center rule #8 from the fitness center section to the clubhouse section, so that the restriction on nuisance audio applies to the entire building
• Amended the rule on smoking and vaping to also cover injected drugs and all illicit drugs

These new rules are intended to ensure a safe and pleasant clubhouse environment. It will take effect twenty (20) days after notice has been mailed to the members of the Association (estimated effective date: October 31, 2024).
