Update August 19, 2024

The parking area painting contractor had to stop the painting work early today due to the rain. Only half of Wellspring Drive and Plume Court were completed. Residents may now park in the parking areas for the remainder of the day and this evening. Your parking area is complete if it has painted lines. Vehicles will no longer need to be moved from those parking areas.  

The parking area painting work will resume Tuesday morning 8/20, weather permitting. Unfortunately, vehicles will need to be removed from the parking areas without painted lines once again tomorrow. This applies to the parking areas for the 530-545 section of Plume Court and 1458-1502 sections of Wellspring Drive.

The Association is finishing painted line striping for the parking areas on Wellspring Drive and Plume Court. The parking area painting work has been scheduled for Monday, August 19th. Anthony’s Seal Coating & Striping has been contracted to perform the work.

Please make necessary arrangements to have all vehicles removed from the parking areas, for the work to be completed. Affected residents may temporarily park vehicles on the street or at the clubhouse parking lot, if needed. Please share this with your neighbors on Wellspring Drive AND Plume Court. The scheduled rain date will be Tuesday, August 20th.
