Vote for Your 2024 Board of Directors – Trails at Beech Creek HOA

The Trails at Beech Creek Homeowners Association will hold its board of directors election at the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 7:00pm. Our volunteer board of directors is responsible for carrying out the duties of the Association while acting in the best interests of the membership. Please vote before 5:00 PM on 11/15 to elect your representation for the two open spots on the 2024 board of directors. The proxy form, secret ballot, and prospective board member nominations are provided below.

To vote, members should complete and submit the proxy form and ballot.

  - A fillable version of the proxy & ballot PDF is provided to simplify digital submission.
2. By fax: 410-879-8560
3. In person: submit in a sealed envelope to the onsite manager at the clubhouse management office
  - Blank forms and envelopes are available in the clubhouse.
  - You may slide your sealed envelope under the office door if the onsite manager is out.
Each address only has one vote.
Proxy forms must be complete to be valid.
The Association has received the following three nominations for the board of directors:
- Jonroy Canady
- Yulonda Gravette Jackson
- Christine Whitehead
The election for the two open positions on the board will conclude with the annual meeting, but the results will be tallied after the meeting.
To change your vote:
1. Submit another vote in the same way.
2. Contact the Association to confirm that you are replacing your previous vote.
