UPDATE: The Community Yard/Garage Sale has been postponed to April 8th, due to the weather forecast.
The Semiannual Community Yard/Garage Sale is scheduled for Saturday, April 1st 8th, 2023, beginning at 9:00 AM. All Trails at Beech Creek residents are welcome to participate.
- Please let us know if you plan on setting up for this sale by sending an email to Events@TrailsAtBeechCreek.com.
- Be sure to include your property address or whether you plan to set up at the clubhouse parking lot.
- Space at the clubhouse parking lot is first come, first served the day of the yard sale.
- We will attempt to direct people to the participating locations within the community, by posting the usual yellow arrow signs the day before the yard sale. The signs will display a QR code linking to a rough map of areas with sales.
This is a great opportunity to sell any gently used, unused, or unwanted items. We look forward to a successful Community Yard/Garage Sale event!
The community yard sale is a recurring event held the first Saturday in April and the last Saturday in September each year.
