On behalf of the Association, we would like to thank outgoing president Jeremiah Irvin and vice president Dr. Kevin Newton for their service on the board of directors. Their leadership took the Association from the developer turnover to where we are today with a strong foundation for our community to thrive!
The annual meeting was held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. The board election ballots have been counted, and Pamela Villelda and James Stech have been elected to serve on the board of directors, beginning January 1st. Congratulations!
A total of 88 ballots were received. Total votes received for each nominee:
- James Stech – 47 votes
- Pamela Villelda – 47 votes
- Rosita Runcie – 29 votes
- Robert Tarrant – 24 votes
- Kevin Stone – 22 votes
