Dear members of The Trails at Beech Creek Homeowners Association,
The Board member election will be held at the Annual Meeting on November 8, 2022 at 7:00pm. Please find the call for nominations form below and in the documents library.
The Trails at Beech Creek HOA hereby makes a call for nominations for candidates to run for the upcoming open seats on the Board of Directors: Two (2) Board positions. If you would like to nominate yourself, or another owner, you must do so in writing to this office. Included with the written nomination should be the completed prospective Board member resume information. All nomination forms will be distributed for community review. All nomination forms must be received on or before 11:59pm, September 30 October 13, 2022. All confirmed nominees will be included on the proxy distributed before the Annual Meeting and on the written ballot mailed prior to the Annual Meeting and distributed at the Annual Meeting.
