The Association has received notice that Lennar and DXI Construction will begin surface paving for Bentgrass Drive (Phase 4 Section B) on Monday, June 20th. This wedge and leveling and final paving operation is anticipated to take 3 days.
IMPORTANT: All vehicles must be parked on the driveways and completely off the street from 6:00 AM Monday through 6:00 PM Wednesday. A tow truck will be onsite Monday morning to move vehicles left on the street. Vehicles will be towed to the clubhouse parking lot.
All residents will need to pay close attention to the folks flagging traffic. Residents will be able to come and go as necessary; however, please speak with an onsite paving representative before pulling into or backing out of your driveway. They do NOT want residents to track the liquid asphalt onto their driveways.
RESIDENTS MAY TEMPORARILY PARK VEHICLES AT THE CLUBHOUSE PARKING LOT.
