This is an important notice to inform you that Lennar will begin Phase 4B concrete work on Bentgrass Drive today, Friday, 5/13/22.

Concrete contractors will begin saw cutting repair areas today.

On Monday, 5/16/22, contractors will begin pouring new concrete.

Concrete work will affect portions of curbs, sidewalks, and some entrances to driveways. This concrete work is required before Harford County provides an approval for the final asphalt surfacing work to begin.

Lennar has instructed FirstService Residential to notify the residents as soon as possible in the event that Residents need to get cars out of garages. 

The new concrete will not be able to be walked on or driven on for a week.
