RE: Lennar Phase 4B work on Bentgrass Drive
When: Beginning within the next week, April 2022

This is an important first notice to inform you that Lennar will begin Phase 4B work on Bentgrass Drive this month. Phase 4B is the section of Bentgrass Drive with the original asphalt road.

1. The first step in the process will be utility work in the road way. This is mainly water and sewer utility work. Meaning areas near manhole covers and utility caps will be addressed.
2. The second step will be concrete work. Concrete work will effect portions of curbs and possibly entrances to driveways. This concrete work is required before Harford County provides an approval for the final asphalt surfacing work to begin. 
3. The final step will be road way preparation and final asphalt surfacing. 

**Additional email notifications will be sent with more information and dates as it is received from Lennar.**

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in regard to this required utility, concrete, and asphalt work. There will be times when sections of Bentgrass Drive will be temporarily unavailable for a short period of time.
