Clubhouse COVID-19 Update & Reminder

Dear Owners and Residents,

Due to the sharp increase in positive COVID-19 cases in Harford County and the surrounding area, the Board of Directors have temporarily suspended large gatherings at the clubhouse. No community events will be approved at this time. The fitness center will remain open. Owners and residents may use the fitness center at their own risk. We encourage anyone entering the clubhouse to wear a mask or face covering. Please do not visit the fitness center if you feel sick, have a cough, fever, or any symptoms of COVID-19.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include any one of the following: fever of 100 degrees or higher, sore throat, cough, difficulty breathing, diarrhea or vomiting, new onset of severe headache (especially with fever), or loss of taste or smell. Symptoms may vary with the Omnicron variant.

The Omicron variant likely will spread more easily than the original SARS-CoV-2 virus. The CDC expects that anyone with Omicron infection can spread the virus to others, even if they are vaccinated or don’t have symptoms.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the virus is spread mainly between people who are in close contact with one another (less than 6 feet apart for 15 minutes or longer) through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.

We encourage you to review the CDC website for information about COVID-19, including its symptoms, how it spreads, and actions you can take to protect your health.

Thank you
