A Holiday Jingle Mingle Event is scheduled for Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 6:00pm to 10:00pm at the clubhouse. This event will be for the adult residents of the Trails at Beech Creek HOA to come together and celebrate the holidays. We will be having door prizes, an ugly sweater contest, a voluntary gift exchange (not required but those who participate will bring one gift per household instead of each person), recipe sharing, games, music, dancing, and karaoke!

The organizers are still looking for volunteers to help set up and clean up, as well as food donations and recipes to share.

The host will work with volunteers to set up and clean up the areas used. Donations will be accepted for the prizes. There will be a DJ providing the music at no cost to the HOA or community. Please join us for music and fun!

Clean up will take place right after. Safety measures will be in place and implemented before, during, and after the event. Please do not attend if you feel sick, have a cough and/or fever.
