Important Street Paving Update 11/15

11/15 Update

To:  All Owners and Residents of Bentgrass, Boomerang, Gullwing, Up and Over

*ATTENTION!* All homeowners must NOT park on the roadways or have their cars moved by 7:00am sharp Monday morning. A tow truck is scheduled Monday morning to TOW any vehicle in the roadway that will interfere with this surface paving operation. Vehicles will be TOWED to the clubhouse parking lot. 

DXI Construction will be returning at 7:00am Monday, 11/15, to continue surface paving operations.

Monday, November 15th:

DXI Construction intends to surface pave Gullwing Court and continue on Bentgrass Drive to Plateau Drive, including Plateau Drive. 

Pending weather or any other unforeseen conditions, DXI Construction should be complete with this surface paving by close of business Monday 11/15. DXI will be providing traffic control services at “all” times during this operation, so “Please” pay close attention to these folks who will be directing traffic.

YOU MAY TEMPORARILY PARK VEHICLES AT THE CLUBHOUSE PARKING LOT. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE STREET. TOWING WILL TAKE PLACE FOR ANY VEHICLE LEFT ON THE STREET.

11/13 Update

*ATTENTION!!* All homeowners must NOT park on the roadways or have their cars moved by 7:00am sharp Saturday morning and Monday morning. A tow truck is scheduled Saturday morning to TOW any vehicle in the roadway that will interfere with this surface paving operation. Vehicles will be TOWED to the clubhouse parking lot. This same scenario will apply to any vehicle parked in the roadway on Monday. 

Due to inclement weather, today’s scheduled asphalt paving work could not be completed. DXI Construction will be returning at 7:00am tomorrow, Saturday 11/13, to continue surface paving operations.

Saturday, November 13th:

DXI Construction will continue surface paving operations starting at the intersection of Boomerang Way on Up & Over Way to Bentgarss Drive. Then they will surface pave Elbow Court, then continue surface paving as far as they can get tomorrow from the intersection of Bentgrass Drive, Up & Over Way, and Elbow Court on Bentgrass Drive towards Plateau Drive. 

Monday, November 15th:

RE:  Lennar Asphalt Surface Paving
When:  November 11th, 12th, 13th 
Inclement weather dates are November 14th & 15th 

**ATTENTION!** ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE STREET. TOWING WILL TAKE PLACE FOR ANY VEHICLE LEFT ON THE STREET. VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE. YOU MAY TEMPORARILY PARK VEHICLES AT THE CLUBHOUSE PARKING LOT.

Please let this REMINDER email serve as Lennar’s notice to perform base asphalt repairs as directed by Harford County, and then immediately follow up with the installation of the final surface course of asphalt. All homeowners must NOT park on the roadways during this time frame. Please park on your driveways. If you have more vehicles then the driveway holds, you may temporarily parking vehicles at the clubhouse parking lot.

Please review the attached documents for maps of the sections of streets affected by the asphalt surface paving work.

Work Schedule:

November 11th

  1. Base repairs will commence starting in section “D,” Bentgrass Drive then working our way towards the intersection of Up & Over Way and Bentgrass Drive where sections “A,” “B,” and “D” all meet.
  2. We will continue base repairs from the intersection of Up & Over Way and Bentgrass Drive to the intersection of Up & Over Way and Boomerang Way in section “A,” including base repairs in Boomerang Way.
  3. Continuing with the base repairs from the intersection of Up & Over Way and Boomerang Way in section “A” to the intersection of Up & Over Way, Bentgrass Drive, and Elbow Court in section “A,” including base repairs on Elbow Court.
  4. Continuing with base repairs from the intersection of Up & Over Way, Bentgrass Drive, and Elbow Court in section “A” to the intersection of Bentgrass Drive & Plateau Drive in section “A,” including base repairs in Plateau Drive.
    1. Per Harford County no base asphalt repairs is required in section “C” Gullwing Court.
  5. Depending on how much time is left in the day we anticipate on backing up and starting surface paving in the very back section “D,” Bentgrass Drive.

November 12th

  1. Complete surface paving in section “D” (Bentgrass Drive).
  2. Surface pave Boomerang Way in section “A.”
  3. Surface pave Elbow Court in section “A.”
  4. Surface pave Gullwing Court in section “C.”
  5. If there is enough time left in the day we will back up and start surface paving from the intersection of Up & Over Way and Bentgrass Drive where sections “A”, “B,” and “D” all meet.

November 13th 

  1. Continue to surface pave Up & Over Way to the intersection of Up & Over Way & Bentgrass Drive in section “A.”
  2. Then surface pave Bentgrass from the intersection of Up & Over Way, Bentgrass Drive, and Elbow Court in section “A” to the intersection of Bentgrass Drive & Plateau Drive in section “A,” including Plateau Drive.

Note:

  • Lennar has allotted November 15th and 16th in their paving schedule to complete this roadway work, due to any inclement weather or issues that may arise during this operation.
  • Lennar will be providing traffic control services at “all” times during this operation so please pay close attention to these folks who will be directing traffic.
  • DXI will be issuing flyers to all of the residents that will be impacted due to these operations. Flyers will go out Friday November 5th.
