RE:  Community Trunk or Treat Event – Update
Date:  Saturday, October 30, 2021
Time:  1:00pm – 4:00pm
Where:  Community Clubhouse

The Trails at Beech Creek HOA Trunk or Treat Event is still scheduled to be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. The event will be held inside the clubhouse in the event of any inclement weather. All residents are welcome to participate.

Safety measures will be in place and implemented before, during, and after the event. Wearing a mask or face covering will be required.

Please note the following:

1. Adult supervision is required for this event.
2. Wearing a mask or face covering will be required.  
3. Please do not attend if you feel sick, have a cough and/or fever. 
4. Children that plan to trunk or treat and receive candy should wear a costume.
5. Candy donations are appreciated and may be dropped off inside the community clubhouse Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:30am to 4:30pm.
6. This event does not replace door-to-door Trick or Treating. This is a separate event.
