The Trails at Beech Creek HOA annual meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 7:00pm. Please review the attached proxy, ballot and nominee resumes. Copies are also being mailed to all owners via U.S. Mail. Please check your mailbox for this important meeting information.
To access the online Webex meeting, simply visit the link that will be sent in a separate notification closer to the actual meeting date.

no later than 5:00pm on Tuesday, November 9, 2021. Alternatively, you may drop them off at the clubhouse with Michael Coster in a sealed envelope, between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. Proxy must be complete to be valid. Due to the meeting being virtual, please be sure to complete the proxy and secret ballot and return them as early as possible and before 5:00pm Tuesday, November 9, 2021.
Please return the completed proxy and secret ballot together to ensure your vote for the election of the members of the board of directors is counted.
