Where:  Participant Driveways and Clubhouse Parking Lot

A community yard sale is scheduled for Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 8:00am to 2:00pm.  All owners are welcome to participate.  This is a great opportunity to sell any gently used, unused or unwanted items. This is a rain or shine event. No rain date.

Participants may set up in driveways or utilize one of the 20 parking spaces being offered/permitted at the Clubhouse parking lot. Clubhouse parking lot space will be allotted on a first come first served basis. All participants will be responsible for their own set up and break down of sale items.
