You are invited to the community clubhouse to pick up your access card. Please review the pickup schedule below and visit the clubhouse on your scheduled date between the hours of 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please arrive on your scheduled date to ensure that your card will be ready for pick up.
One access card will be assigned to each house at no charge. Please visit the clubhouse only if you have not yet received an access card. **You may disregard this message if you previously received at least one access card.**
The access card that you receive will not yet be activated. At this time, the clubhouse is currently scheduled to open on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. All access cards will be activated on this date.
Please contact Michael Coster at Michael.Coster@fsresidential if you are unable to pick up your card on the scheduled date.
One owner from each address must pick up the access card in person. Proof of identification will be required. Access cards may not be picked up by friends or neighbors.
**Replacement or additional cards will not be available for pick up during this appointment. A future notice will be sent in order to obtain replacement or additional cards.**
