DESCRIPTION:Due to the weather impact on April 5th\, a do-over for our semiannual Community Yard Sale / Garage Sale is scheduled for May 10th\, 2025\, beginning at 9:00 AM. All residents are welcome to participate! \n\n\n\nPlease let us know if you plan on setting up for this sale by sending an email to Events@TrailsAtBeechCreek.com. Be sure to include your property address or whether you plan to set up at the clubhouse parking lot. The clubhouse parking lot is first come\, first served on the day of the yard sale and should be vacated by noon\, due to a clubhouse rental. \n\n\n\nWe will attempt to direct people to the participating locations within the community\, through the yellow arrow signs that will be posted the day before the yard sale. This is a great opportunity to sell any gently used\, unused\, or unwanted items. We look forward to a successful Community Yard/Garage Sale event! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThank you.
