DESCRIPTION:The 3rd Annual Wine and Mingle Event is scheduled for Saturday\, October 14\, 2023\, from 5:00p.m. to 10:00p.m. at the community clubhouse. Dress code is casual. To RSVP and sign up to volunteer or provide food/drink/supplies\, please contact the organizer\, Cabrina McLain (coachcabrina@gmail.com)\, by October 10th. \n\n\n\n\nThis is a social event open only to Trails at Beech Creek residents.\n\n\n\nThis is a bring-your-own-beverage and potluck-style event.\n\n\n\nVolunteers and donations are needed for clean-up\, food/drink\, tables\, and utensils.\n\n\n\n\nOver the last 2 years\, on average\, we have had 50-100 residents participate. Last year\, we ran out of food\, so please RSVP by 10/10. \n\n\n\nWe still need neighbors to help with the following: \n\n\n\n\nEntrees (vegan\, chicken or seafood)\n\n\n\nSnacks (baked goods)\n\n\n\nVeggie tray\n\n\n\nFruit tray\n\n\n\n2 bags of ice\n\n\n\n\nFor additional information\, donations\, questions\, or to volunteer please send an email to: coachcabrina@gmail.com.
