DESCRIPTION:When: Saturday\, January 1st\, 2022; 8:30 am run start\nWhere: clubhouse parking lot \n\nThis 5K walk/run is a free event for Trails at Beech Creek residents to kick off the new year! The scenic route will mainly utilize the paved trails and neighborhood sidewalks and streets\, avoiding the main Bentgrass thoroughfare as much as possible. \n\nThe 5k will begin and end in the clubhouse parking lot.\nSome light Zumba warm up will start around 8:15 AM\, for anyone interested.\nThe route has been segmented into 1/4-mile increments\, for those only wanting to do 1/4 mile\, 1/2 mile\, 1 mile\, etc.\nParticipants are also encouraged to donate canned goods\, winter wear\, etc. to a charity.

DESCRIPTION:To create connections within the community and learn God’s word at the same time\, we plan to meet twice a month (1st and 3rd Tuesdays) to have a group bible study at the clubhouse. All residents are invited and welcome to come. We will uphold all COVID-19 guidelines as well as keep the space clean and organized. DESCRIPTION:Date:  Saturday\, December 18\, 2021\nTime:  6:00pm – 10:00pm\nWhere:  Community Clubhouse \nA Holiday Jingle Mingle Event is scheduled for Saturday\, December 18\, 2021 from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. This event will be for the adult residents of the Trails at Beech Creek HOA to come together and celebrate the holidays. We will be having an ugly sweater contest\, a voluntary gift exchange (not required but those who participate will bring one gift per household instead of each person)\, recipe sharing\, games\, music\, dancing and karaoke! \nThe host will work with volunteers to set up and clean up the areas used. Donations will be accepted for the prizes.  There will be a DJ providing the music at no cost to the HOA or community. Please join us for music and fun! \nClean up will take place right after. Safety measures will be in place and implemented before\, during\, and after the event. Please do not attend if you feel sick\, have a cough and/or fever. \nWe look forward to a fun and successful community event! Thank you. \n#AtTheClubhouse
