SUMMARY:Dumpster Day
DESCRIPTION:The fall community dumpster day is scheduled for the morning of Saturday\, October 19\, 2024. Two 30-yard dumpsters will be delivered to the clubhouse parking lot. The scheduled start time for this event is 8:00 a.m. All residents who plan to use the dumpster must first provide proof of residency. Available use will be based on a first-come\, first-served basis. The dumpsters will be collected immediately after the event\, which is expected to end by 12:00 p.m or when the dumpsters are full.  \n\n\n\nVolunteers Needed \n\n\n\nAt least four volunteers are needed to assist with this event. Volunteers must be available between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Please contact the onsite community manager if you would like to volunteer to assist with this event: michael.coster@fsresidential.com. \n\n\n\nRESTRICTED MATERIALS NOT ALLOWED IN DUMPSTERS: \n\n\n\n\nNO Paint Cans Full or Empty / NO Gas Grill Bottles / NO Drums\n\n\n\nNO Chemicals\, Gas or Oils\, Liquids\n\n\n\nNO Tires\n\n\n\nNO Food or Garbage from Trash Collection\n\n\n\nNO Major Appliances (Refrigerator\, Freezer\, A/C\, etc.)\n\n\n\nNO Concrete\, Bricks\, Stone\, Sand\, or Dirt\n\n\n\nNO Large Amount of Metal (Car parts\, etc.)\n\n\n\nNO HAZARD MATERIALS (Asbestos\, Creosote\, Timbers or Telephone Poles)
