SUMMARY:Dumpster Day
DESCRIPTION:The community dumpster day is scheduled for Saturday\, October 7\, 2023. Two 40-yard dumpsters will be delivered. The association has been given a delivery window of 8:00-10:00am. Dumpsters will be picked up once filled. All residents who plan to use the dumpster must first provide proof of residency. Use will be on a “first come\, first served” basis.  \n\n\n\nRESTRICTED MATERIALS NOT ALLOWED IN DUMPSTERS: \n\n\n\n\nNO Paint Cans Full or Empty / NO Gas Grill Bottles / NO Drums\n\n\n\nNO Chemicals\, Gas or Oils\, Liquid\n\n\n\nNO Tires\n\n\n\nNO Food or Garbage from Trash Collection\n\n\n\nNO Major Appliances (Refrigerator\, Freezer\, A/C\, etc.)\n\n\n\nNO Concrete\, Bricks\, Stone\, Sand or Dirt\n\n\n\nNO Large Amount of Metal (Car parts\, etc.)\n\n\n\nNO HAZARD MATERIALS (Asbestos\, Creosote\, Timbers or Telephone Poles)\n\n\n\n\nPlease contact the onsite community manager if you would like to volunteer to assist with this event: michael.coster@fsresidential.com
